1. Damaged or Defective Goods
We take pride in our products and undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective,
please send the photo of defective items to our customer service email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to
replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you or make a refund to your original payment method.
2. Return or cancellation policy
2.1 We accept order cancellation before shipment. Shipped out order can not be cancelled.
2.2 We accept return & exchange within 3 days of delivery.
If the return is caused by consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
Security hang tags must be attached to all returned items. If the security hang tag is not attached, the item will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Items must be in their
original condition and sanitary protection labels in place. IF SANITARY STRIP IS NOT ATTACHED TO SWIMSUIT, THE SWIMSUIT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUSED!
