What is the production cycle for custom swimwear?
The standard production cycle from order confirmation to delivery is approximately 15-30 days. This includes sample production (2-3 days), sample confirmation (1-2 days), and mass production (15-20 days). For urgent orders, please contact us in advance.
What fabrics do you use? What is the SPF of the fabric?
We use fabrics made from Nylon: 82% - Spandex: 18%. The fabric options include nylon spandex, polyester spandex, etc., which are all certified for environmental protection and are suitable for various swimwear designs.
Can you provide design services? How can I protect my design intellectual property?
Yes, we provide professional design services. We will sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) before cooperation to ensure that your design is fully protected. Our design team can provide suggestions and technical support based on your concept.
What printing technologies do you offer for custom swimwear?
We offer digital direct printing, heat transfer printing, screen printing, etc. Digital printing is suitable for complex patterns, heat transfer printing is suitable for full-body printing, and screen printing is suitable for mass production. Each technology has its own characteristics and application scenarios.

We use a strict quality control system, including fabric testing, sewing quality inspection, and washing tests. All products undergo chlorine water testing and sunscreen testing to ensure durability in swimming pools and seawater.

We offer various eco-friendly fabric options, including recycled nylon, organic cotton blends, etc. The factory strictly adheres to environmental protection production standards, uses energy-saving equipment and environmentally friendly dyeing and printing processes, and is committed to reducing environmental impact.

We can customize the size range according to your target market, from XS to 4XL. Our pattern makers will assist you in developing patterns suitable for different body types to ensure the best fit.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services? How can I customize packaging and labels?
We provide complete OEM/ODM services, including inner and outer labels, hang tags, packaging, etc. We can design and produce various packaging materials according to your brand requirements to ensure the professional display effect of the product.
What payment methods do you accept? Do you offer samples?
We accept T/T, L/C, etc. The standard payment terms are 30% prepayment, and the balance is paid before shipment. Sample fees are calculated separately, and can be offset against part of the order cost after confirmation.
